Every year thousands of the Commonwealth’s most vulnerable children, adolescents and families appear before the Massachusetts Juvenile Courts.  Many face mental health and behavioral problems, abuse and/or neglect, learning disabilities, substance abuse and/or addiction, and cultural issues or barriers. This training will present community providers with a basic understanding of the juvenile justice system and the unique challenges in working with this population.
