·       How to promote self-care through role modeling & cultivating a true wellness community within your agency/team

·       Supporting YAPMs with accessing wellness tools, services, and supports to ensure supervision does not turn into therapy

·       Understand that self-care is a process, that needs to be revisited frequently in supervision if YAPMs are to be role models around health & wellness

·       Learn how accommodations are a process that need development, documentation & evaluation

·       Understand what the common accommodations are for young adults in peer roles

Intended audience: Human resources personnel, hiring managers, young adult peer mentor supervisors, program managers

Attendees will also receive:  (1) Accommodations process with questions to guide effective negotiation & (2) a self-care & on-going evaluation plan
