Family Search & Engagement

  • DMH Westborough Office 167 Lyman Street Westborough, MA, 01581 United States (map)

Presenters: Mary Stone Smith & Nolita Reynolds, Catholic Community Charities

Family Search & Engagement (FSE) is a set of practices designed to locate, engage, connect, and support family resources for youth. This training/workshop is intended to support the implementation of these complex practices by providing both an identification of the issues and activities involved and a variety of practical tools. This workshop will support staff in understanding the foundation of FSE as well as key practices to be used in the process.  Common challenges and solutions for these challenges will be presented.

This is an extremely limited workshop (only a total of 40 slots available).

Target audience for this training is primarily staff who may be assigned to work on family-search and engage activities (i.e. family advocate/family partner, case managers/care coordinators, clinical staff, program leaders, lead direct-care staff etc).

Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis. To register please contact Annabelle Lim at annabelle.lim@massmail.state.ma.us or 617-626-8087. Click here to download the registration flyer.
