This training is specifically designed for supervisors of young adult peer mentors working in the following settings: CBHI Therapeutic Mentoring, Intensive Residential Treatment Programs, or the Caring Together Continuum.
Facilitator Bio: Vanessa V. Klodnick, PhD, LCSW is a senior researcher at Thresholds and a partner with the UMASS Medical School Transitions Research & Training Center. Vanessa has direct experience as a supervisor of young adult peer mentors and has developed a toolkit and webinar series on effective supervision for young adult peers.
